As an estate planning attorney, I’m here to help people secure their families’ future and address any concerns they may have. Let’s start with the Peace of Mind Planning Session.
Before the session, you must fill out a questionnaire. Access the questionnaire here.
During this session, we will work together to create a customized estate plan that aligns with your unique needs and goals.
What can you expect during our session?
- Discovering What Matters Most to You: We’ll start by discussing your personal and financial situation. I want to fully understand your family dynamics, financial assets, and any specific concerns or goals you may have related to your estate.
- Addressing Your Questions: I’m here to answer any questions or concerns you may have about estate planning, wills, trusts, or any other related topics. This is your opportunity to get clarity on any uncertain issues.
- Planning for the Protection of Your Family: We’ll explore various options and strategies to ensure your family’s well-being and financial security. This may involve discussing guardianship for your children, asset protection, and minimizing tax liabilities.
- Overview of Your Options: We’ll provide you with a clear overview of the two primary estate planning tools: Last Will + Testament and Revocable Living Trust. I’ll explain the advantages and disadvantages of each, and we can determine which one is the best fit for your circumstances.
At the end of our “Peace of Mind Planning Session,” you’ll better understand your estate planning needs and options.
